UUID Generator is a lightweight Chrome extension designed for developers, testers, database engineers, and API builders. Generate individual UUID v4 or time-sortable UUID v7 identifiers, or create batches of up to 100 UUIDs. Results can be copied instantly or downloaded as a plain-text file. The extension supports lowercase, uppercase, no-hyphen, braces, and URN formats. It also includes keyboard shortcuts and automatically adapts to light or dark mode. Everything works locally using the browser’s Web Crypto API. The extension requires no account and uses no analytics, tracking, external API, or network connection.
